Head of sales- Job description
An innovative and tech-driven company is looking for a high-performing “Head of sales” position to join us in meeting our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
- developing and executing all key growth sales strategies, pipelines and action plans required to achieve company’s financial goals.
- Managing sales department including hands-on sales, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth and to expand the company’s customer base.
- Own, hit and exceed annual/monthly sales targets within assigned territory and accounts. Responsible for selling the company's products on all fronts , Work closely with our VP of Business Operations to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals .
- Drive the entire sales-cycle including lead generation to prospect qualification, client acquisition and other deliverables, while consistently delivering on aggressive sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions.
- Experienced digital seller and sales planner, preferably from a financial digital media company, 4+ years in a similar role.
- Managerial experience as well as Hand On approach!
- Proficient English speaker.
- Experience in selling advertising online and offline.
- Experience in Business Development and cold calling.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to actual contracts.
- Acquaintance with the financial industry.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
