For an amazing international company, I'm looking for talented customer success manager, ready to play a key role in expanding our video business within the advertising technology field. This position entails focus on video activity, requiring tech-orientation and understanding of video terms, trends, eco-system, etc.

The company set out to transform the way native video is delivered, viewed and transacted across any screen, with a predictive programmatic software that's already powering over 15B video views across 1 million sites each month.

Customer Success Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage international clients and communicate with them on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Focus on acquiring new Video partners, managing & scaling relationships
- Ensure the technical and business related issues handled quickly and appropriately
- Create and manage leads, convert leads into clients
- Grow accounts, upsell, maintain control over account status and progress
- Responsible for ongoing performance analysis, optimization, and payments handling
- Support clients and prioritize open issues and tasks
- Work closely with other departments, such as Product and R&D
Customer Success Manager Qualifications:
- English as a native tongue level
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of experience in Advertising Account Management/Sales
- Strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with clients, management and peers
- Ability to multitask and handle various priorities
- Understanding the online advertising industry
- Ability to actively drive problems to resolution
- Excellent Team Player, Highly motivated, Energetic and Charismatic
- Resourceful and Tech oriented
