I’m currently seeking a Head of Business development, with exceptional drive and communication skills to become a subject matter expert on the topics of premium demand management. In this critical role, this person will become well versed on how programmatic demand partners are managed across multiple publishers, supply streams and video ad formats.
The Head of business development will Prospect, research, qualify, engage and close new video platform clients to deliver on monthly goals. This person should not only have strong communication skills, but also have a good technical problem-solving skills to deal with new challenges as they arise and enjoy working in teams.
- Prospect, engage and close new B2B clients, generate new business, spot collaborations and partnerships with value.
- Focus on post-sale client experience and satisfaction.
- Provide contact, support, training and onboard services for new clients
- Ongoing service for major accounts towards growth and monthly goals.
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree
- 2+ years of experience in advertising technology.
- Experience managing high-teams – An advantage
- Capable of independently leading external client or partner conversations
- Proven ability to think creatively about challenging problems
- Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fun, and entrepreneurial environment
