The Head of Social Marketing will be responsible for leading and executing paid social media campaigns across a variety of platforms. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive paid social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing goals of the company.
While this position will initially be filled by a single individual, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and manage a team of paid social media professionals as the company's paid social media efforts grow and expand.
Your Experience & Skills:
- Develop and implement a paid social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Experience in people management.
- Analyze and report on the performance of paid social media campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and product teams, to ensure the success of paid social media campaigns.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in paid social media marketing.
