As a Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing accounts from every perspective, including; developing new relationships, managing ongoing optimization, measuring accounts, up-selling and analyzing performance.
You will be responsible for recruiting the video industry’s leading partners and managing publisher integration to launch and achieve maximum success.
• Create business relationships, recruit, negotiate, prioritize and close deals with newpartners.
• Implement, test and optimize campaigns while promoting constant improvements.
• Create and analyse daily performance reports.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly performance goals.
• Troubleshoot & assist operational & technical issues.
• Follow up on industry trends and developments.
• At least 1 year prior hands on experience with the video advertising ecosystem.
• Experience with video advertising platforms (LKQD, SpotX, Telaria, etc).
• Knowledge of Video Ad Serving Protocols (VAST, VPAID).
• Understanding of the ad technology ecosystem (SSP, DSP, RTB, etc).
• Account management/business development experience with international clients.
• Strong business senses and negotiation skills.
• High level proficiency in written and spoken English – a must.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• BA/BSc degree in a relevant field -an advantage.
