An online media company is looking for a passionate Sales & Business Development Manager to join our Digital Solutions Sales Team! The Business Development Manager will be responsible for building relationships with new customer accounts and making sure these accounts are consistently getting real value from their activity with the company.

- Lead Generation – Prospecting leads to create your own sales pipeline.
- Generate interest and provide insights for your partners.
- Qualify and Initiate the first contact with your generated prospects.
- Understand clients’ needs and negotiate accordingly.
- Provide data-driven reports on campaign progress.
- Develop long distance business partnerships with new advertisers via Skype, phone, email, etc.
- Analyze and identify new opportunities to expand activity.
- At least 1 years of experience in managing online ad campaigns for various clients.
- Experience in managing display and pop campaigns – advantage.
- Fluent in English a must (speaking and writing), additional languages are a big advantage.
- Proficient knowledge of online analytics and reporting tools.
- Goal oriented, able to drive toward achievement and goals.
- Be proactive, detail oriented and creative.
